As a boutique web hosting agency you’ll notice we’re a little bit different to the usual, in particular our personal service and support from the owner/manager of the business – every time you contact us. To maintain our boutique style personal service for each client we don’t use an automated system and we don’t have a call centre. This means that new hosting accounts are setup and ongoing support is provided during the hours shown below. During our business hours all new accounts are setup and new messages are responded to within 2 hours.

Monday to Friday – 7am till 9pm
Weekends – 9am – 6pm or as advised
Public Holidays – Closed or as advised

Within reason we are generally available outside of these hours for urgent support requests.

We would be sad to see you go but if you no longer require your web hosting account for any reason simply use our Support form to request a cancellation.

A benefit of paying with Paypal is you can also easily cancel your web hosting through your Paypal account at any time. Peace of mind for anyone starting a new business.

Please understand that once requested cancellation is immediate. Once your hosting account has been cancelled your website will no longer be available for viewing on the internet and you will no longer have access to your websites files and folders. We strongly recommend making sure you have downloaded your website content prior to requesting cancellation.

Invoices more than 5 days overdue will result in a temporary suspension of web hosting services. Invoices more than 10 days overdue will result in cancellation of hosting services and removal of content from our server. If you are having difficulty paying your invoice please don't hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to work with you to ensure your website remains visible.
